Guillaume Brahimi is a french born chef who where following a two year apprenticeship at Aux Charpentiers graduated from a three star michelin restaurant. Over the course of 4 years, Guillaume Brahimi progressed through the ranks and then decided to relocate to Sydney.
The Sydney Opera House Restaurant – Awards
Since the opening of Guillaume at Bennelong, it has gained numerous awards from publications such as Conde Naste Traveller and Gourmet Traveller magazine. The Sydney Opera House Restaurant was awarded two hats in the 2004 as well as the 2005 editions of the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide and then was awarded three hats in 2006 and 2007. As of 2011, the Sydney Opera House Restaurant holds 2 hats and a wine glass from the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide and 3 stars from the 2011 Gourment Traveller Magazine – The Highest Score achievable.
